Charles S. Cusick, Jr., Esquire
Charles S. Cusick, Jr., graduated from the
University of Virginia in 1971 with a bachelor's degree. He
attained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh
School of Law and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1974
and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania in
1975. Attorney Cusick is a member of the Lawrence County,
Allegheny County, and Pennsylvania Bar
Associations.
Since the implementation of Pennsylvania's Divorce Code in 1980,
over half of his practice has concentrated in the area of family
law. This area encompasses divorce and the related economic
issues of equitable distribution, spousal support, and alimony.
|
|
Although his practice has focused on the above areas, he has
also handled various other matters falling generally in the
category of civil litigation.
It also includes issues affecting minor children, support, custody,
adoption, dependency, and delinquency.
His general approach
in assisting people in matrimonial cases is to encourage clients to
focus on long-term goals, address economic issues, and contain the
often strong negative emotions welling up from separation and
divorce proceedings.

Edward Leymarie, Jr., Esquire

University in 1975 with a bachelor's degree. He graduated with
honors from Howard University in 1978. He was admitted to the

District Court.
His practice has emphasized personal injury, estates and estate
planning, real estate, municipal law, family law, and criminal
law. His practice is truly a general practice designed to serve
families and their general legal needs.
Because of these general areas of law, his practice has
included many jury trials, arbitrations, and various forms of
litigation. |
